John Pilon is a licensed REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Concord, New Hampshire, and Merrimack, Hillsborough, Rockingham, and Belknap Counties. Licensed since May 2024, John combines decades of public service, investigative expertise, practical homeownership experience, and firsthand real estate knowledge to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Before entering real estate, John built a career dedicated to protecting and serving his communities. He served for 10 years with the Pima County Sheriff's Department in Tucson, AZ, where he developed a disciplined investigative process centered on evaluating facts, assessing risk, and making evidence-based decisions. John also served as a Reserve Firefighter/EMT with Pascua Pueblo Fire & Rescue in Tucson. Following his law enforcement career, he spent 11 years as a Security Officer with Providence Health & Services in Oregon, where he also served as a state-certified Training Officer responsible for developing and mentoring personnel. While living in Beaverton, Oregon he volunteered in  public service as a Community Chaplain with the Washington County Sheriff's Office in Oregon. 

John now brings those same skills to every real estate transaction. His investigative background helps clients understand property conditions, inspection reports, seller disclosures, and potential issues that may affect a property's value or long-term ownership. His approach emphasizes preparation, attention to detail, clear communication, and informed decision-making throughout the buying and selling process.

As an experienced DIY homeowner, John has completed numerous home remodeling and improvement projects over the years. His hands-on experience includes flooring installation, tile work, basic electrical repairs, interior and exterior painting, locksmithing, irrigation systems, landscaping, and exterior siding projects. While he is not a licensed contractor, this practical experience helps him recognize common maintenance concerns, identify potential issues, and better understand the systems and features that matter to homeowners.

John also understands the real estate process from the client's perspective. Having personally bought and sold six homes across four states, he has firsthand experience navigating inspections, negotiations, financing, and closing from both the buyer's and seller's side of the transaction.

As a REALTOR®, John has completed professional training in contract writing, offers, and negotiations and has participated in multiple real estate transactions, including closed and pending sales. As a solo agent, he provides personalized service built on integrity, accountability, transparency, and strong client advocacy.
